BusiNest is a repository of readily available, open-source guides and resources created in service of advancing women's participation and successful integration in the realm of entrepreneurship and small-scale businesses. The initiative takes inspiration from the online “thrift store” trends and home tiffin services to teach women how to establish entrepreneurial ventures of their own-- with humble beginnings and then steadily scaling, all the while keeping in mind how to strike a balance between the public and the private sphere.

The BusiNest handbook explains how to approach setting up a small business using a systematic and step-by-step approach. The chapters of the guide sequentially discuss the stages of planning, sourcing, production, delivery, and marketing. Additionally, the guide also factors in the household dynamics that women entrepreneurs need to manage in order for their businesses thrive and suggests some tips to help aid them attain an equilibrium between both of them.

The original children’s book is authored along this theme to make a younger audience aware of the adversities their mothers and aunts overcome on the path to find a venture of their own. A thought-provoking YouTube series about the stories of inspirational women, is also meant to motivate women who need that little nudge to actualize their entrepreneurial talent. BusiNest is here to cultivate an entrepreneurial drive in a homely, and holistic way!
